SyNergy cluster mentoring program for female postdocs and advanced PhD students
SyNergy has established a mentoring program for female postdocs and advanced PhD students (3rd/4th-year students) who are staff members of SyNergy member institutions. SyNergy offers mentorship opportunities with senior scientists to discuss current and future career prospects.
Postdocs and students will have biannual meetings with their mentors.
