Data Management & Sharing
The SyNergy research data management (SyNergyRDM) portal provides direct access to:
- published (open) and unpublished (intranet) research data, especially omics (proteomics, transcriptomics, and genomics data sets) and imaging data;
- links to the Clusters’ programming code repositories (open);
- resources of the Cluster (intranet), such as inventories, related meta-data, and contact points for mouse lines and antibodies.
Our platform follows the GO-FAIR (findable, accessible, interoperable, reusable) principles for scientific data management and stewardship, which are implemented via the three-point FAIRification Framework. A link to the Cluster’s Research Data Management Policy can be found here.
This portal is hosted at the Leibniz Supercomputing Center (LRZ), supported by the Bavarian Academy of Sciences and Humanities.
Coordinators: Aditi Methi (data manager), Rainer Malik (interim research data steward, omics), and Sebastian Berger (interim research data steward, imaging).
