Data Management & Sharing
The SyNergy Research Data Management (SyNergyRDM) portal provides access to published and unpublished research data (intranet), including omics (proteomics, transcriptomics and genomics), as well as imaging data. It also offers links to GitHub repositories (open) for the Cluster’s research projects, and intranet resources such as inventories, metadata and contact points for mouse lines and antibodies.
In this way, SyNergyRDM enhances research efficiency, promotes transparency, and facilitates easy access to data, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration to accelerate pathomechanistic insights, and advance the development of innovative diagnostic and therapeutic strategies.
Our platform follows the GO-FAIR (findable, accessible, interoperable, reusable) principles for scientific data management and stewardship, which are implemented via the three-point FAIRification Framework. A link to the Cluster’s Research Data Management Policy can be found here.
This portal is hosted at the Leibniz Supercomputing Center (LRZ), supported by the Bavarian Academy of Sciences and Humanities.
