Code of Conduct
SyNergy’s mission is to conduct excellent research, education, training, and outreach in neurology. All academic, administrative, and technical employees strive for the best possible conditions to achieve this mission. We support and pursue diverse research interests, and together make every effort to create a mindful, stimulating environment that enables all employees to creatively and sustainably contribute to SyNergy’s mission and push the boundaries of knowledge. We strive to uphold the principles of equality and diversity in all areas and to provide a working environment characterized by respect, participation, and scientific integrity. The dignity and integrity of every individual is inviolable. The SyNergy Code of Conduct highlights standards held to all SyNergy employees and provides a reference and framework for decision-making and collaboration.
