    Spatial Transcriptome Hub

The Spatial Transcriptome Hub offers the full range of analytical equipment to study spatial transcriptomes at single-cell level using fresh-frozen, fixed-frozen, or FFPE tissue sections of interest.

    Single-Cell Spatial

The MERSCOPE device currently images an area of up to 1 cm2 and up to 960 transcripts in a single run. Multiplexed Error-Robust Fluorescence In Situ Hybridization (MERFISH) enables researchers to directly map and quantify the spatial distribution of hundreds of RNA species in their native cellular environment within individual cells, without the need for downstream sequencing. The Hub offers advice and service for all steps during the workflow including codebook design, hybridization, imaging, and analysis. Gene panels and auxiliary channels can be fully customized (140/300/500/960 genes and up to six auxiliary channels) or selected from pre-defined panels. Data analysis including cell segmentation, bioinformatics, and statistical analysis can only be provided to a limited extent and is performed by the requesting research group with advice from the Hub.
