The Hub supports SyNergy members with the experimental planning – e.g., identification of the ideal model system, key experiments to be performed, selection of appropriate analysis techniques – of CRISPR engineering of human iPSCs, differentiation of human iPSC-derived brain cells in 2D, generating organoids and other 3D models, and in vivo transplantation of human cells and tissues. It also advises on ethical approval for MTAs for hiPSCs.
